Quick Media Solutions API Documentation

Our website is designed and optimized for viewing by humans. Unfortunately, the HTML pages that make up our website are not machine-friendly. Therefore, we offer an API that provides access to much of the same data in a format that is easy for a program to parse and manipulate.

You will need to create an API key before you can make any requests.

We provide documentation for each of the endpoints in our API below:

Blog

Provides access to articles and comments in the blog.

/blog - returns a list of all articles on the blog
/blog/{id} - returns information about a specific article
/blog/{id}/comments - returns the comments for an article

Ask Ubuntu Troubleshooter

Provides access to troubleshooting recipes.

/autroubleshooter - returns a list of all recipes
/autroubleshooter/trusted - returns only trusted recipes
/autroubleshooter/{id} - returns details about a specific recipe

Flack Overstow

Provides access to generated flack content.

/flack/{site}/{user_id} - returns generated flack

Applications

Provides access to applications.

/apps - returns a list of all applications
/apps/{id} - returns information about a specific application
/apps/{id}/screenshots - returns the screenshots for the specified application
/apps/{id}/downloads - returns the available downloads for the specified application
/apps/{id}/comments - returns the comments for an application

Pastebin

Provides access to pasted snippets of code.

/pastebin - returns a list of pastes
/pastebin/{id} - returns details for a specific paste
